ConVista is a consulting company with German roots. Currently it
has around 240 employees and offices in
Germany, Switzerland, USA, UK, South Africa, Japan, Slovakia and Austria.

Service Partner, Integrated Software Vendor and Insurance
Special Expertise Partner.
FACT
S.L. is specialized in SAP
implementations for Treasury and Financial Risk Management as
well as in finance-related areas and their integration in the SAP components. With about 30 employees,
FACT operates mainly in the Spanish
market but also has projects in Italy and other countries.
ConVista has a large experience in the implementation of
SAP solutions for Insurance and Utilities, in
SAP
Finance Modules and in Business Intelligence, amongst others.
FACT
S.L. leads the Iberian market in FAM (CFM)/TRM implementations
in insurance companies and some of the leading Spanish
industrial companies are also amongst its clients.
In mid-July, FACT S.L. will change its name to ConVista
Consulting. Martin Dietz will remain the director of the renamed
company.
This merger will generate important synergies for the new
company, that will keep on collaborating with its usual partners
(specially with the German company Compiricus AG).
